We had a great time organizing an event at this hotel. We dealt with Alexandre to book it and he was extremely professional, attentive and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The event went so well. The rest of the hotel is lovely, very good breakfast, room are clean and functional. We will be back. Thank you team.

Overall I would rate this stay and hotel as a 3.5 Star for hotel. The room was clean and tidy and bed was very comfortable. Maybe because of World Cup and crowds in the hotel this was the reasoning for the low service levels but a couple of things stuck out. One was be very careful when asking for a taxi. We asked for a taxi ( and could have been our English) but hotel car turned up and cost us 85 euro instead of 25. Being an Accor Platinum member i was a bit disappointed with some of the stay.

Had to pay 3€ for a towel….

Had to pay 3€ for a towel for the pool… Unbelievable! This is not service. Then just increase the price of the rooms. The pool is small, but the kids enjoyed it. It is really massive I must say this hotel. Beds were okay . But again the towels….

Surprised to check in today on July 14, 2023 and having to queue for half an hour as they open the checkin at 4pm and of course a huge queue. I said to myself sorry we all came in at the same time. By the time to change and put my swimming suit to go down with my wife and daughter to the pool… I felt like all Lyon was sharing a pool and it’s terrace… no wonder the Ibis next door uses the same pool. It also started to charge you for the towels which were like 3 Eur each… felt surprised as never experienced this before in any hotel. But Ok who cares. After all, we decided to stay indoor near the bar with the AC. I ask the bar tender for a bottle of Rose wine and he says he only opens at 6 though 2 of the staff were behind the bar chatting. I go outside and I had to queue for another 30 min … this is ridiculous does this Hotel ever read what hospitality really means … I never had ever had to queue for a drink in any hotel lounge! I went back in and asked to speak to the Manager. The manager said these are our rules !!! So be it… this one will go down for the most unfriendly and inhospitable hotel of my life stay away from it

This hotel was awful. Two stars for rating and two stars for the level of the hotel. The food was the worst I’ve had at a hotel in years. The hallway to the room appeared to be undergoing work and was covered in plastic. We didn’t see any workers however or any changes. The room was ok but the bed was small. No bath, only a shower and only liquid soap in a bottle. Also I could not order room service, I had to go down to the restaurant. I was so tired, I just wanted dinner in my room. They said we should have left a deposit and that the credit card we left was not enough. This is their hotel policy. All in all, pretty weird. It did ok for a conference but I will never ever go back there. Terrible.
