I would have thought, considering the price, that this hotel would be acceptable considering the price and location, admittedly this was a last minute booking. The area does not make a great impression, I did a bit of a double take initially thinking I had entered the wrong hotel, the reception area made such a bad impression, then it was late but there was no restaurant... The room was quite average, but not a big problem, although I never understand why they cannot simply give a single person a large double bed rather than 2 singles. Then to order room service, you need to go down and pick it up!!, otherwise a EUR 10 surcharge. Not really hospitality in my experience. Then of course the food was cold by the time I got there and I had to wait while they warmed up a bad quality plate of pasta. Can in no way recommend this hotel.

Brüksel Cherloi havaalanından indikten sonra Flibcobus’a (kişi başı 24 EUR) binip yaklaşık 2 saate Brugge kentine ulaşıyorsunuz. Sonra sadece 1 otobüse ( kişi başı 3 Euro) binerek otelin çok yakınında iniyorsunuz. İndikten sonra mükemmel Brugge waffle sokağının içinden 7-8 dakika yürüyerek geçiyorsunuz ve hoop otel karşınızda. Altında otoparkı (ücretli) bulunuyor. Otel kuytuda kalmış eski bir şato gibi. Çalışanlar ve resepsiyonüsitler çok ilgili. Otel ortak alanları ve odalar çok temiz. Ortak alanlara su/ soda makinası olması çok iyi. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli ama pahalı (kişi başı 25 Euro) olması biraz üzücü :( Tüm turistik alanlara yürüyerek gidilebilmesi ayrıca güzeldi. Bir çok Novotel deneyimimiz oldu ancak şu ana kadar gördüğümüz en güzel oteli diyebilirim.

Although its location has the potential to be very good, the fact is that the remodeling of the boulevard in front of the hotel makes it very hard to navigate and noisy during the day. In addition, the hotel was plagued with constant sirens all night and its thin walls make it difficult to sleep. Further, they lack simple amenities such as bottled water, having provided only one bottle of water the first night and only for one person, no tissue box and no top sheet on the bed.

We had a one night stop over in Brussels. We chose this hotel due to it's close vacinity to the EuroStar train station. Hotel is very standard, terrible to find due to extensive construction in the street along the entire frontage of this hotel and neighbouring buildings. Had to park elsewhere and find out how to enter. Car park was extremely tight and lucky to fit the car in. Small bar and some food on offer. Staff were friendly and helpful. Terrible pillows if that's important to you.

The outside of the hotel is less than appealing but once inside, this is a lovely place to stay. The room was well sound proofed and so we were not bothered by noise. We used this as a stopover on an inter rail trip due to it being close to the station, and it was perfect for this.
