We need an apartment as the adults snore and kids get disturbed, but we didn’t want an AirBnb because we wanted the convenience of hotel breakfast/facilities. This combination is not easy to find, especially in a city, but this one met our needs perfectly! We were on 6th floor. Two single beds in bedroom area, then sliding doors into living area which had a large sofa bed. But to our surprise it opened up to reveal two full size single beds with proper mattresses. We all slept so well, and no noise at all from other rooms/outside. Bath/over bath shower was good, and a separate toilet which was a bonus. Kitchen area had microwave, hob, fridge freezer and a dishwasher but we barely used as we had paid for B&B and ate out. Breakfast was great- plenty of choice and not busy. We were able to leave our luggage for a few hours on last day which was helpful. Location was good, in that it’s convenient for a short walk into Grand Place (10mins), is next to De Brouckere metro station and the no.71 bus to centraal train station is on the adjacent street (or a slight uphill 10min walk). But, it’s not the greatest part of the city- several dodgy looking characters around and I wouldn’t like to be out late at night. But, none of that detracts from the hotel which was great. Couple of minor things were: toilet seat/lid loose and the sliding doors aren’t straight- they met at the top but a gap at the bottom which we pushed the suitcase up against. Minor things but may bother others (room 609). Thanks for the good service and clean, nice hotel. If we ever return to Brussels I wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!

It is about 10 minutes walk from the Grand Place. Staff is courteous and helpful. Apartments are clean and reasonably equipped. A common laundry has washers and dryers. Many restaurants and several supermarkets are located nearby. A good choice in the city centre.

A fantastic hotel in central Brussels

Located on the Place de Brouckere, at the exit of a metro station, and two blocks away from the Grande Place, this is a nice hideout. It features a small kitchen with a microwave oven. The service was wonderful and efficient. For my next business trip to Brussels, this is a keeper, at an affordable price.

As told by the staff the room has been recently renovated ! Firstly the staff told us to dial 11 if need to be in touch with them but there was no phone in the room and hobb wasnt working .Upon complaining the guy came and fixed the hobb ,took almost 2 hours! Then when we came back to the room and tried to open the wardrobe it malfunctioned and one of its doors almost fell on us and my 3 year old wasnt far away from it .Upon complaining the response from the receptionist was that he was the only one working and there s nothing he can do at the moment to fix it .The door was so heavy it almost took 3 of us to keep it outside the main door ! For minor things one has to wait for a reasonable amount of time to get in touch with the receptionist

Horrible guest and tourist service. Closet sliding heavy door just fell off on 1st use.

We are tourists with family and child 3 year old yet first we got late check in, electric hobb in kitchen was not working, person came to fix it for an hour, sliding closet door fell off on its own in the room, bedroom sliding door doesn’t close properly, Maria who assigned us and helped us with check in told us you may call reception on number 11 for any help but no there is no phone in room. No one to help either. Totally fail to understand the hospitality and how irresponsibly the new room is constructed. What if any nuisance with child or anyone on bed happened with the falling door who would be held responsible then? It’s such heavy door. No one ready to give us any solution instead asking us to change room where again things are not working properly.
