Otelin konumu çok iyi. Ancak otele gece varmamıza rağmen önce odaların biri hazır değil dediler. Sonra hata olmuş hazırmış dediler. Odaya çıktığımızda çarşafların değiştirilmemiş olduğunu görüp ilgili arkadaşa söyledik. Böyle olmamalıydı dedi. Biz de aynı fikirde olduğumuzu söyledik. Temiz çarşaf verip kendiniz değiştirin dedi ve gitti. Verdiğimiz paranın karşılığında çarşafları bile kendimiz değiştireceksek bunun hoş olmadığını söyledik. Haklısınız ama yapabileceğim bir şey bir şey yok dedi görevli. Ufak çaplı bir tartışmanın ardından otelin dışına dolaşmaya çıktık. Geldiğimizde farklı iki odada kalabileceğimizi söylediler, kabul ettik. Fakat ertesi gün yine odamızı değiştirmek zorunda kaldık. İki günde iki ayrı odaya yerleşip eşyalarımız tekrardan toplamak zorunda kalmak hoş bir deneyim olmadı.

Değerli Konuğumuz, Otelimizin konumunu beğenmenizden dolayı memnuniyet duyduk. Şehir merkezindeki yerimiz, Brüksel'in turistik ve alışveriş olanaklarına kolay erişim sağlaması açısından misafirlerimiz tarafından sıkça takdir edilmektedir. Ancak odanızın zamanında hazır olmaması, çarşafların temizliği ve sonrasında yaşanan aksaklıklar konusunda yaşadığınız hayal kırıklığı için çok üzgünüz. Misafir hizmetlerimizin bu önemli yönlerini gözden geçireceğimize ve her zaman yüksek standartlarımızı korumaya odaklanacağımıza emin olabilirsiniz. Convenient location in central Brussels

Loved being given a small jar of honey as a welcome gift. Well stocked kitchen it even had a salad spinner! Room compact but well designed. Windows that open for ventilation so you don't have to use aircon. All the staff on reception were professional and helpful. A local construction project makes some sides of this Adagio hotel very noisy even for a city centre so we were very fortunate to have a room on the quietest side of the hotel overlooking a shopping arcade which want very quiet indeed by about 7-8pm.

The location is great in the heart of the city. We had a family room and it was quite small, quite outdated and quite dirty, but yet quite expensive. Not the value for the money I was hoping for. Staff was friendly and hotel felt very safe, which is good in Brussels.

Charming and friendly staff welcome you in the nice lobby, where you are welcomed with a refreshing delicious and free drink. Very well kept and clean studios. The kitchenette facilities are very good and allow you to cook an healthy meal taking a break from the multiple tentations that you will find in Brussels. Amazing

Great location, cleanliness needs improvement

We often stay in Adagio Aparthotels because of my Accor membership & usually we are satisfied with our stay. Somehow this particular Adagio felt short of our usual expectations in terms of cleanliness. The toilet which was separate from the shower, had a bad smell. I had to clean it myself but the smell still lingered. I know I could have called the front desk to complain but since our schedule was tight, I knew that waiting for them to come and repacking our things would take time, I opted not to inform them and just tried my best to clean the toilet area myself. There was even a damp towel left in the toilet area. The pull out table (which serves as a dining table), was also dusty and sticky. So i had to clean that too. The water pressure from the shower was not strong enough as well. On the plus side, the location of this hotel was very good. There is a supermarket across the hotel, lots of shops and restaurants and walking distance to major sights. The staff at the front desk were also very friendly and helpful. That was very much appreciated. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment and the size was good. There were a lot of cabinet space, a good coffee machine, and kitchen items were complete, including a dishwasher. The beds were comfortable as well. The pullout bed could be better though. I hope that management looks into the standard of cleanliness of their rooms because I really feel it was not up to par compared to the many other Adagio Aparthotels we’ve stayed in. Our room number was 509 if I remember correctly. And we stayed there from July 5-7.
