Very poor pints of Guinness

Cannot pour a decent pint of Guinness. so many pints returned and refilled . Must be losing money! Have very few wine glasses.Asked to accept wine in a gin glass. Staff very friendly but poorly trained. Cool water ran out at breakfast.Staff member agreed to refill but took a very long time and not worth waiting on.

We were very happy with the location, staff very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast! It was particularly helpful being able to drop our bags off before check-in, as we had an early flight. Will definitely go back.

The room was very dirty and unkempt. There was mould on the window, towels were dirty and the bathroom door wouldn't close. However the staff were wonderful and the food was great.

Room was a decent size and clean however, there was no soundproofing at all, we could hear other noisy guests in the hall and the next room. Furthermore, the room we were allocated had a door to connect to the next room although this was locked, this door was being banged on the guests in the next room in the middle of the night - had a person been staying in the room on their own, this would have been quite a terrifying experience.
