Hi dear City Centre Ibis in Belfast I had the best time within your walls, your friendliness and accomodating attitude was just awesome. I want to thank you all for making my stay wonderful and for bein considerate and kind. I had a great room: again it is good to be loyal to the company and get the perks! I was welcomed to the hotel by Syzmon the friendly young lad treating me with so much respect and being helpful with Belfast information. Thank you! At the Bar and the restaurant there was the outstanding Caroline who couldn’t be more forthcoming with suggestions on the Menu and info about the hotel and its surrounds. Again the kindness and her friendly banter were very much appreciated! I want to also compliment Luksika who was so quick to answer more questions than I had asked; they were exactly what I needed. I would like to mention also the rather skinny a bit shy guy at the morning breakfast, restaurant staff, very diligent and courteous. Thank you! My impression is that there is good customer focussed management in this hotel, as there is hardly a team in an any workplace working together seamlessly without a good manager! My gratitude is to all of you and I promise, would I come back to Belfast, I would not hesitate to come back to Ibis Belfast City, so conveniently located near the train station.
