Excellent value for money. Room exactly as described online. Check in-was straightforward we left our luggage in a safe and secure room on arrival as we arrived early. Hotel is only less than ten minute walk to the centre of Belfast and Europa Bus Station to get to & from Airport. The breakfast was really good with a large selection of hot and cold options, juices, water hot drinks etc. There were high chairs and games in the reception, Genga, Scrabble etc There was tea, coffee, biscuits in the room. The room was cleaned daily, functional room for a city break with wifi.

Mark and Johnny from the night team are amazing so helpful and best pizza!! Could not fault this hotel. Stayed here twice and great experience both times. The rooms are clean and modern and the location of the hotel is pretty central, close to main streets

Checked in on the 28th june 2024, had a brilliant night out in Belfast city, came back to the hotel in the early hours of the 29th (1am ish) and the two lads behind the bar was brilliant, great characters, brilliant service, great pizza. Would come back in heart beat!

The service staff was epic! Late night with David and Jonny - they were especially awesome with their drinks and sociability. I appreciate the kindness. The hotel was clean and chic. The breakfast was convenient. They also allowed the bags to stay until our train. Great service

We had a lovely stay at ibis Belfast City Centre. It is perfectly located, near to bars, restaurants and a 20 minute walk to the Titanic Quarter. Although the room was small, it did what we needed, and the beds were comfy. The bathroom was a little odd, almost like something you'd find on an airplane or ship, but again, it did what it needed.
