We recently stayed at the Ibis Belfast City and our stay was delightful. The check in process was seamless and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as special as possible. The room was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. Staff members Monisha & Sawitree were in particular exception. Such a credit to the business. Our stay was great and that personal touch by the staff made it 10/10.

Spent 2 nights at the Ibis. Small cozy rooms. Beds were a little hard but not bad at all. Great location near city center. Walking distance to most places. Public parking 2 minutes walk away. Great staff! Definitely recommend!! Thanks, Ibis, we'll be back!!

Recently stayed here to attend a comedy gig in the Waterfront which was only a short walk away. Very close to the main shopping area also which came in handy. All the staff were nice and pleasant. Rooms were comfortable and clean with nice dècor. Great choice of food for the breakfast buffet. Overall a great experience and would recommend to friends.
