Overall I will give 5 star service. The bed and mattress is so comfy. Checking in was prompt. I would like to give applaud to the front desk and concierge team, especially Aoy, she dedicated her time and assisted me to solve overcharging issue happened on me with my purchase in nearby convenience store. (Thank you, Aoy!) They are friendly and certainly will help you get things right from travel guide, taxi arrangements, tips in Bangkok for the first time, etc.

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely property in BKK. The GM of this property, Mr Bernardo De La Graza is someone who I have known for some years now and I must say he has marshaled his team to give all his guests a wonderful experience ! A special word of thanks to the affable and friendly team so ably led by the front office manager Phatharawadee Techadisai who along with her wonderful staff gave us such a comfortable stay. Kalyan at the bell desk with Pui,Sanjay,Anne and Nui were all extremely helpful and deserve a round of applause....thank yoy very much team Muse !!

Revisiting this hotel because the rooms are spacious and beds are really comfortable. The breakfast in general was great, except the sausage cocktail, which did not achieve expectations, very dry, almost as if I was eating paper. The restaurant itself was pretty dark almost felt like falling asleep.

The staff Ms.Pui is so friendly and helpful Feel like home when I visit muse everytime! The room was clean , light was fine, all the stuff here is cool ,but the Staff is amazing , I’ll be back again

Hotel Muse is a luxurious and well appointed hotel in the heart of Bangkok. The service is friendly, attentive and staff do all that they can to assist and make sure your stay is enjoyable. Special mention to William. He made me feel very welcome and was very knowledgeable. The hotel has a dark, moody and distinctly European vibe. It was perfect. From the large soft bed, the deep claw footed bath tub, the ample space around the room and the wonderful view from the large window, everything was perfect. I ate at Medici, the Italian restaurant, the lobby cafe and the buffet breakfast. The food was high quality with many options. Special mention for Medici. The food was delicious! The hotel is well located. It is in short walking distance to the BTS sky train and some of the large shopping centres. The hotel pool was also a revelation. It was a delight to swim on the 19th floor. Am paid in the city. On my next trip I will definitely be returning to Hotel Muse. I enjoyed my stay immensely.
