It is always my best hotel in Bangkok when I’m come (and I come every 1-2 month) The staff is so nice and everything is always done in anticipated way… It’s a real pleasure to stay in this hotel well situated, near the BTS, where we can go everywhere in Bangkok with. I’m happy to come back soon

Great stay, excellent staff. Fab customer service especially Kra-Tae (housekeeping) and Ray (Concierge desk). Both went over and above in their duties. Kra-Tae kept the room very clean, was a pleasure to return to such a room. Ray helped me with my issue in allowing me to visit the place as requested. Busy area but really enjoyed my stay there.

Kra-Tae was excellent in the way she left the room clean and all Amenities were kept full, she has an eye for detail and was very helpful when asked for advise. I will highly recommend Novotel Soi 4 For a great and comfortable stay. Extra towels were left upon request. I would rate Kra-Tae a 10/10

The food is superior to all the surrounding restaurants. The service and hospitality is wonderful. I love this restaurant. I recommend coming to try the dishes and enjoy this unique cuisine. the chef is great It is important to recognize the quality of most products, especially the frequency of everything.

i would like to thank the housekeeper (TAI) who was very customer focussed in her approach to cleaning my room. Nothing was too much trouble and carried out quickly and effeceintly every day.
