The drinks are the best. The ambiance is so nice and relaxing. This place is highly recommended and cozy, we can also watch of favorite football game while chilling, you should ho here too! Breakfast is good, lunch is nice, dinner is great!..

pros 1/ very wonderful location, front of Phloem Chit BTS station 2/ bed sheet very smooth 3/ staff very nice cons 1/ hotel lobby very hot 2/ very slow wifi, 5mbps download speed 3/ room cleaning is very bad, many ant at desk 4/ room air conditioning very noise and not cool enough 5/ Bathroom head shower not able to use 6/ default not provide toothbrush, need ask service center when u realize it before sleep. but shower cap default provided. really don't understand hotel eco green policy

The service at the Novotel restaurant was excellent, thanks to the waitress Poupae. She is attentive, friendly, and efficient, ensuring the dining experience is enjoyable. Her prompt and courteous service, along with her warm demeanor, made my meal delightful. Everyone knows Thailand as a Country of Smiles, and with Poupae you really understand why. I truly appreciate her professionalism and hospitality, and would like to suggest the hotel Management to consider a promotion for Poupae.
