Mint is a very polite and nice lady and she always helps us with everything. She is helpful and speaks good english. she comes and talks to us when she is free too. The rest of the staff, from reception counter are really polite too. The food here is really delicious

Yanhuai Friends getaway - Opinia zatwierdzona w TripAdvisor

I have stayed at Novotel a few times. The hotel has an excellent location opposite Siam Square, Siam Paragon and walking distance to others such as Central World. Siam BTS is just next to hotel. Checking in and out aren’t an issue , very smooth. I booked breakfast which was decent, good spread of Western, Asian offerings. Service at the hotel generally is ok. However I had some issues with the electronics in the room. Occasionally the switches don’t work like a couple times I couldn’t switch off my lights from the switches and had to take out the key near the door. Same for the tv which has a separate speaker in the toilet that is hard to control. There were occasions where the tv couldn’t be switched off by the remote and had to be switched off by taking out the key card. Otherwise than that, the room is ok but it doesn’t offer much of a view from where I was. Overall I think it’s an ok hotel .

The place is wonderful and workers are lovely janis was the best and the hotel was very clean the stuff was lovely and they have a wonderful full spa the location was perfect like if you dosent stay in this hotel you are 100% wrong and I enjoyed my stay
