Bien ubicado. Muy cerca de la estación de metro y de trenes. En 5 minutos llegas al centro en metro. Y en otros 5 llegas andando al Prater. Al llegar, un recepcionista sudamericano no nos habló en español hasta que se lo requerimos. Habitación amplia, aunque con las limitaciones propias de un budget (ducha dentro de la estancia con mampara transparente, sin armario ni caja fuerte...). Mucha cola todos los días en el desayuno. Poco espacio y mucha gente para desayunar. Dos días seguidos no nos limpiaron la habitación ni cambiaron las toallas, tuvimos que bajar a recepción a hablarlo. Muchas pelusas debajo de la cama y en el foco del lavabo. Se escucha el ruido del pasillo y de las habitaciones contiguas.

No esperaba que la habitación fuese tan "práctica". Sin embargo, el espacio estaba bien. Las camas eran muy pequeñas y estaban separadas por un mueble, por lo que no pudimos juntarlas (éramos una pareja). El desayuno, aunque no estaba incluido, era muy completo.

Todo fue perfecto. Esta en una ubicación que es genial, a solo dos paradas de Stephansplatz, y con el metro casi en la puerta del hotel. Desde el hotel se ve la noria del Prater, esta muy cerca. Las recepcionistas son muy amables. Nos gustó mucho el desayuno, 7,50€ por persona siendo buffet esta mas que bien, más aun sabiendo que Viena es una ciudad cara. Sin duda, si volviésemos a Viena nos alojaríamos aquí

Solamente utilice el hotel para dormir y desayunar, las almohadas un poco incomodas, pero el resto bien. Eché en falta que tuviese bar.

Cumplió con los requisitos mínimos de un hotel, salvo que no había disponibilidad de secadores de pelo. El agua de la ducha cambiaba de temperatura y tenía baja presión.

No fue satisfactoria porque el trato no fue correcto. El baño estaba sucio y al informar del incidente en ningún momento piden disculpas y no ofrecen una actitud de ayuda. La imagen que ofrecen al cliente del staff del desayuno es muy incorrecta.

Habitación incomoda ´no hay sillas ni sitio para dejar la ropa. Limpieza escasa.

Sin duda repetiria si volviese a tener q buscar alojamiento en Viena. Ubicado a 15-20 minutos a pie del centro como la catedral. Ademas cue ta con parada de metro a pocos pasos del hotel y la estacion de tren que comunica con el aeropuerto esta a menos de 5 minutos. La habitacion comoda con todo lo necesario. Fuimos con un niño y le encanto dormir en su litera. Como pega...que la rwpisa interior de la ventana y los rodapies estuvieron sucios con polvo toda la estancia. Aun asi repetiriamaos

Muy bien ubicado sin estar en el centro. Al centro de la ciudad ae llega en 15 minutos andando o si prefieres ir en metro hay una boca de metro a pocoa pasos de la puerta del hotel. La comunicacion con el aeropuerto es excelente. La parada de tren que te lleva al aeropuerto esta a menos de 5 minutos. Camas confortables y baño y ducha limpios. Por poner una pega los rodapies y la repisa de la ventana estaban bastante sucios de polvo acumulado. Repetiria si tuviese que volver a Viena
