La habitación era agradable y cómoda. Lo único que me gustaría mencionar, que creo mejoraría enormemente el bienestar general, sería cambiar las cortinas. Por alguna razón se componen de 3 paneles en donde tan solo uno bloquea la luz. A las 5 de la mañana ya era imposible dormir dado la cantidad exorbitante de luz en la habitación, pues la cortinas no tapaban absolutamente nada.... Cuando me hospede en berlín, recuerdo que habían 2 cortinas que cubrían toda la ventana, una que cubría menos (permitiendo luz y privacidad) y una que bloqueaba absolutamente toda la luz, lo cual era bueno para dormir. Sería genial que en las habitaciones de Viena sigan la misma lógica.

El Ibis Wien Messe fue una excelente elección para asistir a un congreso en el Austria Center. Gracias al magnífico sistema de trenes de Viena quedé muy bien ubicado y a una corta distancia de todos los puntos de interés

El hotel está bien, con lo justo. La ubicación a 300m del metro es práctica. La atención al momento de la recepción fue transaccional, poco empatica. Las habitaciones son anticuadas, no hay enchufes cerca de la cama y carecía de frigobar, que si poseen otros Ibis, por ejemplo Styles Madrid. Ibis Wien Messe está junto a un Ibis Budget, no puedo imaginar que el Budget tenga aún menos servicios.
