We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed our central location, spectacular views, modern design and, above all, the friendliness of our team. We are especially pleased by your kind words about Mercedes at breakfast. We will be very happy to share your appreciation with her. At the same time, we sincerely apologize that Das LOFT was not open during your stay and that you were not informed about this before your arrival. We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially as enjoying breakfast on our rooftop terrace was one of the reasons you chose our hotel. We would also like to apologize for the issues you experienced with the room cleaning. Unemptied bins and dust in the room are certainly not in line with our standards. Thank you for bringing this to our attention – we will share your feedback with the relevant team. We would be delighted to welcome you back from September onwards, when Das LOFT will reopen after its renovation and be back in full splendour.
