Me ha encantado que hayan incorporado el servicio complementario de bar en la habitación. Es un detalle que mejora mucho la experiencia. Además, la limpieza es excelente. Lo único que considero que podría mejorarse es la oferta de comida y desayuno, incorporando más opciones aptas para personas celíacas. Sería un valor añadido importante y haría la estancia todavía más completa.

Excelente experiencia sin duda volveremos. Lo único es que no estaba la terraza operativa y desde que reservamos soñamos con desayunar en esa terraza

We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially as enjoying breakfast on our rooftop terrace was one of the reasons you chose our hotel. We would also like to apologize for the issues you experienced with the room cleaning. Unemptied bins and dust in the room are certainly not in line with our standards.
