The hotel is well located surrounded with metro and exhibition center. The room are nice. Pillow is fluffy. The reception lady Yin is very nice and hive nice smile and well service. She is very service oriented and quick to assist as well. Such a lovely stay

here for the conference for 4 nights and receptionist Yin had been helpful amd nice. she is one of the best lady i have ever met. the rooms is nice clean house keeping did a good job. definetely coming soon. well done all. the hotel is very close to metro as well

Our stay at Hotel IBIS One Central was wonderful! Beautiful hotel and very well priced! The service was outstanding. Excellent breakfast! It is so close to the metro station and also within walking distance of all the sights! I loved it and would recommend the hotel. Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help. specifically, that Arabic receptionist with his patience and a nice smile, was so polite and cooperative.and housekeeping team very helpful thanks Sanjay

I stayed at Ibis One Central for two nights, appreciating its convenient location near both the World Trade Center and a metro station. The hotel offers exceptional customer service, and while the rooms are a bit small, they are clean and well-equipped. A highlight is the unlimited complimentary freshly brewed coffee—just call customer service, and they’ll deliver it right to your door. Overall, it's a charming and practical choice for your stay. especially Thank you mr Sanjay she is Very helpful good person

The highlight of my stay here has definitely been the breakfast experience. The buffet offers a wide array of options, ranging from fruits to cold cuts, eggs, vegetables, salads, and sweets, catering to both indulgent and health-conscious choices. I'm already planning to return just to savor that aspect again. Additionally, the staff members, particularly Sanjay went above and beyond to assist guests with every detail, elevating the service and cleaning quality to exceptional levels. Their attentive support truly enhanced my stay, and I highly recommend reaching out to either of them for an even more enjoyable experience.
