Hotel was chosen almost purely based on location and that was fantastic. Dubai mall, Burj Kalifa, fountain and so on, all whitin the walkin distance. Depending on the traffic lights 5-15min to the mall from the lobby. Hotel itself is ok, nothing too fancy but definately not a 5 star hotel. Hotel layout is quite complex and most of the things are located at the end of the long walk inside the hotel. Two different breakfast restaurants, that serve same buffet. Not too versatile, but enough to get stomach full. Rooms smelled bit like a sewer, but luckily we get accustomed to it in few minutes. Rooms were also quite worn out and in bathroom even a soap dispenser was barely hanging in the wall. Biggest problem was lack of warm water in shower. So you need to choose between hot water and adequate water pressure. This was not fixed even after reported to the hotel staff. We were given initially just too towels eventhough there were three people staying in the room. Pool, especially the bigger one, that is used also by the residents, was quite nice bit bit difficult to find the entry to it. If you wish to have a great location with good pool and not planning the spend much time in the hotel otherwise, then this could be a good option. Just don’t expect to get a five star hotel experience.

Our stay was very good and rooms where very clean pool side was amazing and food was spectacular. Bright the concierge was amazing with helping us take our luggage bags downstairs and storing them away as we went out for the day, before we left for our departure

very bad experience, not clean room with bugs bites overall our body's, no flexibility of check out, noisy, AC out of control so we decided to switch it off all the time, i came from Abu dhabi wishing for a good experience but was very disappointed

Amazing hotel very helpful staff and couldn’t do enough for us. Perfect location for the mall . Yu yu and Raina were lovely. The business centre were really helpful with printing our boarding cards. The bed was so comfortable and the tub worked brilliantly.
