호텔 정문 앞 공간이 너무 좁아서 차량이 한대씩 밖에 못 지나감. 그래서 그런지 발렛을 한대씩 밖에 못해서 발렛 맡기는데까지 30분 기다림. 체크인하는 과정도 엄청 길어서 한참 서서 기다림. 3시 체크인인데 2시 반이어서 방 준비 안됐다길래 3시 반에 다시 갔는데도 한참 기다려서 방 배정 받음.
그리고 방 방음이 안돼서 도로 소음이 다 들림. 창문 열린줄알았음

1. 조식이 정말 훌륭합니다. 특히 egg statiion에서 있는 분은 정말 pro입니다. 서빙하는 분들도 너무 친절하고 웃는 얼굴에 아침부터 기분이 좋았습니다.
2. 수영장도 넓고 좋았습니다. 직원들이 유쾌하고 친절합니다.
3. 체크인 카운터는 별로였습니다. 말을 너무 빨리 해서 알아듣지 못한 것들이 많습니다.
4. 웰컴 드링크를 마시러 호텔에 나와 옆에 펍에 갔습니다. 거기에 일하는 여성이 제가 웰컴 드링크 마시러 왔다고 하자 "우리 와인이랑 그런거 없어. 맥주만 되는데 괜찮겠니?" 라고 말을 했습니다. 순간 당황스러웠고 뭐든 마시러 온 사람에게 물을 질문인가 생각했습니다. 굉장히 무례하고 다른 서양인들에게는 대화를 걸고 친절한 반면 우리에겐 굉장히 차가웠습니다. 만약 스위소텔에 다시 간다면 이 펍은 절대 들르지 않을것입니다.
5. 헬스장을 가기 위해 레지던스 A로 가야 했습니다. 카트를 통해 가고 싶었는데, 직원이 그냥 걸어가라고 손짓으로 했습니다. 그리고 로비에 정장을 입은 호텔 직원은 끝까지 책임지지 않고 그냥 들어가버렸습니다. 헬스장이 어디에 있는지조차 이야기를 안해줘서 어디로 가야 하는지도 몰랐습니다.
