호텔 정문 앞 공간이 너무 좁아서 차량이 한대씩 밖에 못 지나감. 그래서 그런지 발렛을 한대씩 밖에 못해서 발렛 맡기는데까지 30분 기다림. 체크인하는 과정도 엄청 길어서 한참 서서 기다림. 3시 체크인인데 2시 반이어서 방 준비 안됐다길래 3시 반에 다시 갔는데도 한참 기다려서 방 배정 받음. 그리고 방 방음이 안돼서 도로 소음이 다 들림. 창문 열린줄알았음

만났던 직원들 모두 하나하나 친절하였으며 얼리 체크인과 아코르 플래티넘 회원이라 받은스위트룸 업그레이드로 여행의 피로를 빨리 풀 수 있었습니다. 또한 라운지가 스위스트룸과 같은 층에 있어서 이용하는데 매우 편했으며 직원의 응대와 음식 모두 훌륭했습니다. 불친절하다는 리뷰가 있어서 살짝 걱정했는데 다행히 제가 만난 분들은 모두 친절했습니다. 다음에 두바이에 가게 된다면 다시 한번 굴을 의향이 있습니다.
