Its a hotel to get in the room when you are very tired. we gort 3 rooms all of them had leaking in the shower box. You finish the shower with more wather out then inside the box. My refrigerator took 3 days for change for malfunction. I have to thank Srivatsa that was the one who solved all these problens for us. Also the brakfast is outside the hotel. .half a mie far away.

Great Location but Old Furniture. The Location of the Hotel is so good. However, the Furniture, the rooms, and the outdoors need full renovation. Going for breakfast in the other Ibis Hotel was not comfortable. Also, the housekeeping was not as expected. I had to buy water in one of the night because the never respond to my request of bringing water to the room, as I did not find any in that night.

You can kiss the All Safe slogan good Bye when simple cleanliness and hygiene norms are not respected. Bath tub walls are not clean, old hair on it. the smell in room was not pleasant, i couldn't change because of Covid restrictions i am following. i did the online check-in as it was predicted to arrive very late to check in and i presumed finding my room keys ready, instead i had to make the check in again ! i booked a bed and breakfast, only to know the following day that their all-day dining is closed and i had to take a 5 minutes walk to a nearby Ibis premise to have my breakfast and that kept me hesitating since my PureHealth Covid test results wasn't out yet and i was not clear to move out of my location, so i couldn't have my breakfast the first day ( 2 nights stay) ! only the second morning when my test results tuned out negative i took the hassle to walk for my breakfast. they've could simply mentioned that breakfast is not available and not charge me for it. finally, the internet Wifi was sooooooo bad ( not acceptable for a business type hotel) and i was using the nearby convention hall ( world trade center) wifi free connection ( very low because of distance) to do my work while staying at the hotel. Very Bad experience especially that i had to be confined until my Airport covid results were out.

Room needs immediate cleaning and sanitation. No idea how the All Safe sticker has been provided to this hotel with such disgusting rugs and dirty walls. There is no way the rooms are being monitored for cleanliness (proof of pictures attached) Unbelievably unhygienic. Would not recommend. The rug under the bed was stained and very dirty (room 331). Hotel should be ashamed, if you’re not ready to reopen the hotel in pandemic, then don’t open it! Totally overpaid for my stay during NYE. Did not expect this compared to the standards I am used to with other Accor properties. Additional negative: - fridge in room not working as the electricity cable has issues with the outlet and could hear the static noise (switched it off to avoid an issue) - no parking on site. You have to park at the Ibis one central across the street and come walking (let’s not start about the parking at the other ibis, it’s a nightmare to park there. Absolutely no signs/directions where to park so you’re closer to the ibis one central elevators) - kettle was so dirty when I opened it like someone had literally boiled puke. Should have taken a picture before I gave to housekeeping who was similarly shocked by how disgusting it was inside. Immediately replaced it (she told me that Ibis had reopened the night or two nights ago and they didn’t have enough time to clean all the rooms; what are the chances you wanted to open the hotel in any way or form just to have a full booking during NYE?) really disappointed - asked room service only to replace coffee powder the next morning and change the mugs. Came back to find the same used mugs and the used coffee bags were still on the table with some new ones “thrown” on the side. I mean c’mon, I am almost certain you can do better even for a budget hotel. Budget doesn’t mean quality must be bad. Positive: - Great location in heart of dubai - Free parking at the other nicer-looking Ibis across the street - Free wifi

Stayed for few nights, expected a limited features as this is a budget hotel, however; many things seemed to be even less than a budget hotel. On arrival water wasn't warm enough, next night was fine. TV model and size seems to be from old ages. Room housekeeping services 3/5. Reception service (3.5/5). Parking facility is (0.5/5), its better not to give parking rather than the provided option of parking in a nearby facility where you have to walk 5 mins back and forth. (After NYE I came back around 5am, and was stuck in the basement of this facility looking for an exit because its Friday and doors are lock, I had to walk out from the vehicles entrance route). Room cleanliness (3/5), Room facilities (1/5).

전시장 바로 옆이라서 이동하기에는 너무나도 편했습니다. 그리고 조식도 아주 훌륭했습니다. 그러나 흡연실을 주문하였는데 창문이 열리지 않아서 공기순환이 조금 부족한 것 같았습니다. 그리고 5일간 체류하였는데 시트도 교체되지 않아서 먼지가 너무 많았습니다

배치 좋고 깨끗한 방, 와이파이 빵빵, 맛있는 조식, 하지만 욕실 구조가 좀~

방 넓고, 창 넓어 채광 잘 되고, 침대 좋고, 책상도 있고, 냉장고에 커피포트, 그리고 화장대에 드라이기까지 너무 좋았음. 옷장도 따로 있어 아주 굿. TV가 작고 리모컨의 작동이 잘 안되었으나 어차피 TV는 안봤으니 괜찮았고, 대신 Wi-fi가 좋아 내 전화로 충분히 하고 싶은 것 문제 없이 잘 할 수 있었음. 단점 : 중동이라서 그런지 욕실 배치가 좀 안좋았음. 샤워실 유리 칸막이가 나는 좀 불편했음. 그리고, 칸막이가 있음에도 물이 밖으로 새나감. 중동지역이라 이해는 하지만 물 나오는 게 시원치 않아서 좀 아쉬운 감이 있었지만 중동이니까 하고 이해하였음. 마지막으로 청소를 잘 해주셔서 너무 좋았음. 팁도 놓지 않았음에도 아주 말끔히 청소해 주셨음.

The hotel itself has a good overall service like shuttle buses and a very friendly reception. However, what I am not satisfied with was the statement I would be a Silver Member which is not true. In my account, everything is well-ordered stated and I am still a Gold Member what I also mentioned. Nevertheless, the lady from the reception did not try to solve the problem and just referred to what she saw on her computer. In such cases, a solution should be offered or at least an attempt to contact a person who can handle the problem. For this reason, I have to rate the individual service quality as rather poor.

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is close to the airport and Dubai mall (within minutes by metro). The breakfast is lovely with good varieties. One thing I noticed is that the water in the toilet smells weird. Not sure if that is only my room or not. I didn't expect it to rain and I didn't bring an umbrella, I asked the reception if they have a few for guests to use but they did not. Check the weather before coming to Dubai.

Overall stay was good. Their Check in counter took too much time almost 1/2 an hour which must be improved to max 5 min. Also they need to place soap and other hygiene products in the rest room and bath room. Also very limited TV Channels.

Hotel was good up to some point, started when I first stepped in for the check-in I queued behind 2 guys and once they are done I thought it my turn, out of nowhere 2 ladies came in presented their passports to check-in the receptionist said to me can I process them first? I was like no I was queuing here for a very long time, she said yeah but they were before you except waiting on the chairs and I replied back yeah well I can sit all day and then come in to say I was waiting here since yesterday... it wasn't a proper treatment to an Accor member (on the priority line) .. then I have taken my passport and went to queue with the other receptionist which was much faster, efficient and mannered well.I was very disappinted of the behavior of the first one, appreciate if they could actually follow the queu otherwise provide numbers at the checkin and then everyone could have seat and wait their turns just like the banks... I have booked on a non-smoking floor, but on the third and fourth night I started to smell smoke in the corridor I haven't reported that since I'll be leaving soon... On the otherside, the breakfast staff were very friendly variety of the food was fair enough

Convenient location. Suitable for business travel. close to metro and taxi service. Shuttle bus from the hotel to mall provided, which was a bonus. Enjoyed drinks at Headlines bar at the hotel during happy hour.

Reservation/Check in process was a disaster

The overall stay was good, but it began as a disaster I made my reservation 4 days before my checin with a prepaid tarif and the day of check in the system was still not able to recognized my payment they forced me to leave an open voucher in order to get the room. I gave the transaction number which they did not use it to confirm. So a whole team working to make a good experience was completely shadow by an unacceptable mistake.
