Did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. The bathrooms weren’t clean. The bed wasn’t comfortable. The pillows smelled old. Thin walls. Corridors were unclean. The room actually looks very industrial and not welcoming or relaxing. I won’t be back at this hotel.

Stayed in December 2024 for two days and must say the service and the staff of the hotel are very nice.the hotel is right next to world trade center hall 5 excellent location and connectivity incase youre exhibiting at the World Trade Center. I had an exceptional experience with Mr Akshay and Mr Aymene who were super flexible went out of their way to help me and ensure smooth and wuick check in and check out

The hotel is very nice. Nice foods, nice places, nice people. Very nice receptionist, Especially Gamal helped me so much dealing many things, it is really nice and warm. They are always available foe me. I wi come back again and stay this hotel Ibis.
