Good hotel nice rooms and cleaning staff is good and polite good behavior and friendly he cleaned my room very well and i am staying with my family in room 243 every thing is fantastic bed was comfortable and towel are fresh and washroom is cleanand comfortable 👍👍

Shaidujaman was very nice and helpful The water was the perfect temperature especially with the coldness outside The whole customer service is good The hygiene is very excellent in the hotel room The view from the hotel is breathtaking Everything is beautiful here at Mercure hotel gold I am happy with how my first day went so far and i will be happy to come back another time

Shaifujaman was nice and friendly Always asking if we are ok He made sure the pool was warm enough for us to swim in He provided towels whenever we needed them he was always here to help The room was alright it was clean everything was organized Shaifujaman Is a well spoken man very helpful and warm welcoming I enjoyed using the gym and the pool which had great facilities and also the bar which had excellent drinks.

Very good service in general, the staff is very polite and pleasant, the facilities of a good quality dessrving the 4 stars ranking. The hotel has 2 bars on top of the restaurant . Depending on your offer, There are free shuttles to some main spots. However, the rooftop pool is very small and unfortunately sun-shaded . A special thanks to Myriam and Shaidujaman Whose services to customers are very pleasant.
