Room and amenities were fine. Lovely staff allowed an early check-in which was much appreciated. We had dinner in the restaurant which was fine. We understand that they don't provide a shuttle service to the airport, but some directions about where to purchase the tickets, cost and access to which platform would have been helpful for international tourists.

It's always rewarding to hear such positive comments about our facilities. However, we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced regarding transportation information to the airport. For future reference, our hotel is conveniently located just 200 meters from Hoofddorp station, offering direct train connections to Schiphol Airport every 10-15 minutes. The journey is quick, taking only about 4 minutes, and tickets can be purchased at the nearby station. Nonetheless, we are pleased that our team's hospitality made a positive impact on your stay, and that the flexibility of an early check-in enhanced your experience. Excellent stay. Many thanks to Lokhim & Eyse on the reception team. They went above and beyond to assist us and make our stay a success, after we missed the 1st night due to a cancelled flight. Lokhim I even saw helping another guest mend his bicycle, these guys are multi talented and care about their work & guest. Thanks again, we will return.

Just one station away from schipol and close to train station . Nice big room on 11 floor with not the softest bed but good rain shower. Decent breakfast and a swift online check in and out. At good price as well. Did not have time to check anything else out.

I'm familiar with Accor hotels and used to the standards at Novotel but this one in Amsterdam was one of the best. Couldn't fault the customer service. I had some business to take care of that involved post. Staff were more than happy to help me with this and forward on to the UK for me. Bar and restaurant service was warm and friendly, although it was a little slow. Although I appreciate it isn't an easy job. Food was great also. The deserts were amazing! - then again the Dutch are always known to do a good apple pie. Pros: - Well sized rooms. Some double rooms tend to feel cluttered for a couple. Not this one; - Decent location for the airport as well as city centre. Cons: -
