We are delighted that you enjoyed our convenient location next to Amsterdam Airport, our complimentary shuttle service, and the easy access to the city center through the bus station across the street. It is great to hear that our staff made a positive impression with their friendly and helpful service. However, we understand that you found the room to be quite compact and the bathroom design to be unique. We aim to provide comfortable and efficiently designed rooms to ensure affordability and value for our guests, especially those needing a close stay to the airport for short visits. Nonetheless, we are pleased that you appreciated the 24-hour shuttle bus service and the proximity of the bus stop that offers a 24/7 connection to the city center. However, we understand that the room size presented a challenge, particularly when accommodating larger luggage. We aim to provide functional and efficiently designed rooms to maximize the space available. Nonetheless, we regret to hear that the sound insulation did not fully meet your expectations. Our hotel's recent renovations included the installation of triple-glazed windows to minimize noise, and we offer earplugs for added comfort.
