Dear Vinay, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Novotel Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. We are pleased that you found our rooms and facilities clean and well-maintained. Our housekeeping team works diligently to ensure a pristine environment for all our guests. It's also wonderful to hear that Amber from our front desk provided excellent service with a smile, as we strive to make every guest feel welcome and valued. However, we regret to learn about the challenges you encountered during your stay. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the unavailability of parking discount coupons. Our team is reviewing our processes to ensure we always have an ample supply on hand. Regarding the drainage issues, our maintenance team is addressing this matter to prevent future occurrences. We are also sorry if the service from some of our front desk team members did not meet your expectations. We will follow up on your comments to ensure our usual high standards going forward. Nevertheless, we're glad that you enjoyed our breakfast spread. Our chef and kitchen team take pride in offering a diverse and continuously replenished selection for our guests.
