Very good service! Nice staff! Facility a bit less than expected by compensated with great service. Like Nguyen and Team Anh for their warm services and kind support all the time! Really appreciate all the necessary support provided during my stay.

A great experience. Extremely friendly staff, good breakfast, good value for money. We, family of 4 stayed for 2 nights in 2 rooms. They organized for us dinner at different restaurants, organized cabs and were very helpful. WiFi was good!

Hotel with nice location, near to the center, and with really welcome staff. You can enjoy you stay the hotel have all equipements. The breakfast is really good, you can try a Pho. Thank’s to Minh Tram Anh Nang who help me and give me nice advise.

Friendly, hardworking and helpful staff made the stay at Mercure Hanoi La Gare an absolute delight. The rooms are very clean, toiletries of good quality and with AccorPlus membership, you get dining discounts which makes breakfast or dinner very joyful. The hotel location at Old Quarters and being near to the Hanoi Railway makes this a choice stay. Special thanks to all the staff in welcoming us daily when opening the doors with a smile, helping us with dining reservations at French Michelin Star restaurant, allowing us to check out late with a very reasonable room rate top-up and helping make sure our stay at Danang with another Accor hotel is well looked after. Thank you Ms Thuy for your wonderful help and care for my family and I. We'll be back if we visit Hanoi again.
