Smart pillow, good while sitting on the bed, good location, near the company I'm working, very friendly staffs, when I didn't know how to use the washing machine, the even offered to fix and show me how to use! Will come back soon!

Stayed here 2 nights in a Deluxe Room and I was amazed by the grand view to the city, and by the offered services. The room was super spacious with fully equipped kitchen and fridge. Breakfast was so nice and fresh. The light meal on the 17th floor in the late afternoon and evening was absolutely fantastic. My compliments to Lap, the manager of the 17th-floor restaurant (my apology if I wrongly remember his name), for his warm hospitality. Certainly the best of the best!

My first time staying at Novotel Hanoi. Good location and easily accessible to the Business Center. The front desk was especially friendly and polite. For example: they took the initiative to help check and receive my grab food order without probing. The room was clean and spacious. House keeping was prompt. All in all, it had been a good experience. See you again soon.

Nice centrally located place to be in, suites us to get around with Grab easily. Breakfast buffet has a nice spread and quality is fine with live counters for egg and soup. They did provide us with a late check in. However one thing which they could work on is early check in as incoming flights are limited and customer has no choice over there. Sometimes early morning flights will be challenge with early check-in not being accommodated.

Great service from staff especially Son and Loan, F&B staff at the rooftop bar. They will do extra mile to provide top notch service. This is my new favorite place for my every business trip in Hanoi, Vietnam. Keep up the good work and see you on my next visit.
