I recently celebrated my birthday at Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The Grand Premium room was beautiful and staff prepared handmade birthday cards and decorations, which was such a thoughtful touch and everything in the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. What truly stood out, though, was the service. Every single staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making my celebration memorable. A special thank you to Cindy from lobby's front desk who was my first point of contact when arriving at the hotel, handing me over to Thu from the Majordome team, who along with Suan and Giang made sure I was looked after very well daily in the tasteful Club Lounge. Breakfast at any of the 3 options available to me was equally impressive, with a wide variety of fresh options and impeccable service. Whether you're looking to relax or celebrate a special occasion, I can’t recommend this hotel enough. It was a great birthday getaway, and I’ll definitely be returning!
