Great location, nice room with cleanliness. Front staff were very nice, friendly and helpful especially, Ms. Thao and Ms. Ly, they provided us many useful information during stay. We will definitely come back to stay here again if we have a chance to come back to Hanoi and will definitely recommend this pleasant stay with Mercure Hanoi La Gare to our friends and family.
