The staff are really helpful, since I left my phone in a bolt rental car, the staff of Ibis Sathorn help me to check CCTV help to communicate with the driver, finally I got my phone back! Thank you so much and much appreciated with their service. For the hotel, simply clean and interior is renovated, me and my friend almost satisfied with such a valuable stay!

Easy to reach from Don Mueang Airport. Follow the sign to SRT Red Line and take the train going to Taling Chan. Get down at Bang Sue and change to MRT Blue Line going towards Chatuchak Park. Get out at Lumphini MRT Exit 1A. At the Exit, turn right and walk for about 350 m until you see Soi Ngam Duphli. Walk along the Soi for another 500 m and you will see Ibis Sathorn. They provide a one way shuttle tuk tuk to the MRT starting from 7.30 am to 4.30 pm on weekdays, slight change on weekend. Room is very clean and all functioning well. There is a 7 Eleven opposite the hotel.

バンコクに毎月仕事で来ます。 そしてIbis Sathornに滞在します。 年に一度くらい、もっと居心地の良いHotelsを求めて、他のAccor Hotelに宿泊しますが、翌月は躊躇なくIbis Sathornを選んでしまいます。 華美な装飾や豪華さ無いが、値段は手頃、スタッフも親切。 近隣にレストラン、洗濯屋、マッサージ、7-11、薬局が有る 好立地。いつも予約してしまうIbis Satorn

The hotel located in good location near MRT Lumphini station and giant shopping mall One Bangkok. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff, Khun Aim, was very friendly and helpful.

Reasonable price. Wardrobe is not available. There are hangers for clothes. TV channels are functioning well Adequate (bright) lighting in the room and bathroom (for ladies who want to put on makeup) Good spread of breakfast buffet. As a Malaysian representing the Asia/Southeast Asia, including Thailand, I was asked for my room number after walking closer to one of the buffet counters. The staff in charge was not available at the entrance, probably lack of manpower. (Room number?) While enjoying my breakfast, two Englishmen walked until reaching my seat. I heard them sayinh good morning to the same staff who asked for my room number at the coffee machine counter. The staff did not ask for their room number, as I had expected. Kindly avoid double standard treatment towards Asian guests and European/UK guests. I probably earn more than them, just saying. Thank you. By the way, the hotel is near to One Bangkok mall and long stretch of street food at night (350m from the hotel) after crossing through a pedestrian bridge.
