Ibis Sathorn hotel is good place, nice location not to far from MRT, clean and nice. The staffs were very helpful (especially the staff in restuarant- the women who wear glasses). She is a professional, good service and good-natured.

The hotel located near MRT 10 minutes by walk. You can travel to the center or shopping center of Bangkok by MRT and BTS. Room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast was still served as set menu due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Staff both front of house and service that we came in contact with were efficient, friendly and helpful and 'of value' to Accor. Again stayed in room 202 and had issues with the bathroom. The toilet when flushed was very slow to clear and did not effectively remove the waste. On each occasion we have stayed in their room the problem has persisted. likewise the towel hook rotated on the wall allowing the towel to fall onto the floor. Matter advised to front of house staff.

部屋もきれいで、スタッフも親切で快適に過ごすことでしました。 駅までのシャトルバスも便利でした。 1つだけ要求があるのは、喫煙室を用意して欲しいです。 それ以外は、良い宿泊ができました。

Very bad service at the restaurant. Lazy staff wait 35 mn to get my meal and 20mn to get bootle of water. There is only 3 tables and it seem the same for other table. First time i try restaurant in ibis and last time

the hotel is very comfortable and the service for front liner and housekeeping are also very good 1 thing need to be changed is the pillow in the room, even though the pillow has just been changed to a new condition, but the quality of comfort is not good at all

Have stayed here several times before as its close to the places we want to visit and it has the benefit of an underground car park. Friendly and helpful staff as always. Had the upgraded room which was comfortable and clean.

I have stayed in the Ibis Sathorn many times. Excellent staff. Always enjoy staying here. A clean comfortably room, safe, tv and tea/coffee facilities. The breakfast was enjoyable. The Lumpini station is a 10 minute walk but free hotel transport is available. Would certainly recommend this hotel.

ランドリーサービスを利用したが、部屋番を確認するためのタグか何かを私が出したすべての服のブランドタグの部分にホチキスを使って刺されていた。 もちろん全てタグに穴が開いてしまった。バーバリーやモンクレールの洋服でこのホテルを10泊しても買えない洋服だ。 本当に悲しいし、本当に腹立たしい。 ミドルスケール以上のホテルであれば、今すぐにでも怒鳴りつけに行っている。

The place had cozy feel, and the staff are very much attentive to the needs of the clients. Definitely one of the "must-stay" places in Bangkok for tourists like me. The location is accessible whether by car or by foot, but the hotel itself may need a better form of branding to be able to be seen clearly from afar.

I always like Ibis Sathorn but this time I was disappointed for WIFI of the hotel. I log in but couldn't use it seems like it was not stable but others things in the hotel were very good as usual. I also had breakfast this time, impressed with the food.

いつも利用させていただいております。チェックインも素早く、事前にリクエストしておいたレイトチェックアウトもでき、チェックアウト処理も早かったです。朝食も種類が多くて、価格に対して安いと思います。以前、あったシャトルサービスが週末はなくなってしまったのが残念です。雨が降ると、バーがある方の出口の道路が冠水してしまうので、改善してほしいです。道路なのでホテルの所有地ではないのですが。

少し駅から離れているのでシャトルバスの運転を19時位まで延ばして欲しい。 でも、タクシーをすぐに呼んでくれるので問題は少ない。 お湯の出がもう少し勢いがあったらもっと良かった。

Hotel is located quite far from the nearest MRT station - Lumpini, about 10 minutes walk to the hotel. Accor members are entitled for welcome drink - the menu for choice, but most of the drinks are out of stock except mineral water and soft drinks. Only complement to the breakfast menu - a variety of choice.
