Sabrina at concierge was so welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The room was lovely, and checkout was quick and easy. The location was convenient and easily accessible via rail, and outside of a slightly clogged shower drain the stay was blemish free. Would recommend to any and all! Thank you!

The location is good, close to West Brompton Station (Tube & Overground) and we'll served by bus routes (430 to/from South Kensington). The rooms are adequately sized and well appointed. Good standard of bathroom fittings and comfortable beds. Kettle and tea/coffee supplied in room. Nice looking bar and restaurant at First Floor (we didn't use) and good bar/café service in lobby. Reception is a bit confused and hidden, many customers struggled to figure out where to check in. Simple signage would fix this. Staff were very good and friendly. I would certainly return.

All good. Public areas were nice and welcoming and my room was large and comfy - showers bit weak but it was ok! Nice sleep - quiet room. Location was also ok - would stay again. Breakfast was fine - coffee ok too. Staff friendly and helpful . Cheers

Just returned from a stay at Ibis and we were so pleasantly surprised! From getting our room when we arrived at 10am , the hotel is excellent… fabulous breakfast, excellent location 5 minutes from West Brompton tube station, 10 mins walk to Fulham Road and Chelsea grounds , lovely foyer and bar . Room was comfy and well equipped!
