Très bien situé entre lee centrée le ville et le stade cependant chambre succincte avec douche Italienne pour handicapée très mal conçue pour les handicapées et les valides

Hotel dans son ensemble propre, la chambre était très propre est situé au calme. Pas de surplus juste ce qu'il faut et c'est très bien comme ça, Petit déjeuner suffisant, personnel sympathique. Une literie un peu trop ferme pour moi, mais ce n'est que personnel. Emplacement idéal pour aller à l'Etihad Stadium, nous y sommes allés à pied.

Dommage que le petit-déjeuner soit limité : même pas anglais, et surtout en rupture de produis dès qu’il y a un peu de monde … Quant aux chambres, strict minimum et notamment pour les surfaces consacrés aux WC et à la douche. Certes les prix sont élevés en Angleterre mais cela ne peut être le seul argument …

We offer a continental breakfast buffet as standard, but we understand that some guests may prefer a full English breakfast. , I am sorry that we ran out of some items on the breakfast, I am not sure what these were but will investigate with the team and see if we need to adjust the holding stock, let me assure you that all necessary actions will be taken to address your concerns and avoid future occurrences. I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with the price of your room. Our rates increase accordingly to the business in the area, especially during major events, and in line with our competition. This is a common practice applied by most of the hotel in Manchester. Nevertheless, we would still remain one of the best value for money hotel in the city centre.
