Kids running in hallways at all times of night very noisy couldn’t sleep. Someone was sick in the corridor. Huge queues for breakfast before being seated. It’s also annoying that the travel portals do not link to the reward card which is a pain. D supposed to be 4*. Very disappointed

A nice relaxing time while we were staying at the hotel in question. Would use the place again if we are down that way again in the future. Can't think of anything else to say about our stay in the hotel.

Very good stay for 2 nights. We had a warm and frendly welcolme at reception. The room was very comfortable and well appoinyed. Breakfast was amazing with everything you could want and something for everyone.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. One of the rooms had been complimentary upgraded and was really for it. The hotel is very close to city centre and no need to take any buses to reach the place. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. We enjoyed walking alongside the river close to the hotel. Reception team are very efficient.

Absolutely great stay at Mercure Bristol Holland House Hotel. If I was to pick the least favourable thing it was the bathroom just not great. Room was clean and great. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfect
