I stayed here for 2 nights and my experience was so good. The service was top notch, 10/10 to Novotel and Accor 🫶🏻 I enjoyed their pool, gym, amici restaurant & deli boutique. Overall it was amazing experience!

The hotel is well located for the Mall of the Emirates and the metro station to get you around the city. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very clean. There was even a rooftop pool to cool off on a hot day. I will definitely use this place again for my next visit

I recently had the pleasure of visiting your establishment and was blown away by the exceptional service provided by your receptionist named Zeeshan. Not only was he professional and courteous, but he went above and beyond to make my experience a memorable one. To top it off, he surprised me with a delicious birthday cake, which was a thoughtful gesture that added to the already positive experience. I cannot express enough how much I appreciate his efforts and the impact it had on my visit.
