I had a wonderful stay for one night in Ramadan and everything went perfect . I was upgraded to a suite asa platinum member with a welcome sweets in the room. The hotel had the option of Sohour which was great ,supper clean and warm welcome from all hotel team

Very good for Zamalek area with good restaurants and interesting shops. Hotel is 3 star standard, not 4 star. My booking was incorrect and I ended up paying 150 dollars per night for a suite - as they claimed to have no Nile view rooms. Noise levels high. Public rooms are cramped and lack charm.

Me and my wife recently had the pleasure of staying at the Novotel Cairo El Borg, and it was truly a memorable experience. The hotel’s prime location is one of its biggest highlights—overlooking the majestic Nile River on one side and offering breathtaking views of the Cairo Tower and Cairo Opera House on the other. Situated in the heart of Zamalek, one of the most upscale areas of Cairo, the hotel is surrounded by luxury hotels and office areas, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing stay. The breakfast and dining options were excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious choices to start the day right. The service at the coffee shop, including the in-house Starbucks café, was impeccable, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a delightful experience. What truly set this hotel apart was its exceptional team. The staff members were warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, making every guest feel valued and well cared for. Their hospitality and professionalism made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Novotel Cairo El Borg is a fantastic place to stay, offering stunning views, excellent service, and a prime location in Cairo. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!
