Cheap and basic. In a service stop.

A very basic hotel in the Beaconsfield motorway service station. Room was clean, small and as basic as you can get. It had alcohol but could not sell as not licensed! In normal hours pre 11pm the service stop has fast food outlets, a M&S and a Weatherspoon's so food and drink is easy. Out of hours option fall quickly. Register your car as there are fees for leaving your car at the stop for more than 3 hours and the camera's will get you.

Great for early start to Heathrow

If you are looking for an affordable place to stay within easy reach of Heathrow, this fits the bill - it is a budget hotel but it's clean, quiet and good value. Also by being located on the services of M40, it benefits from having many shops, cafes, even a pub within a 5 minute walk so rather than stay an an airport hotel this is a good alternative

A massive let down!

Pretty awful experience. If this room had been charged at the weekend rate of £40, it might have been passable, but £80+ on a weekday was simply unacceptable. The room is beyond basic for this price - insufficient towels, lack of privacy in the shower, no kettle to make a drink, paper cups... And it's not even matched by outstanding service - when we had problems using the key card, the 'gentleman' on duty was incredibly rude, muttering that 'it isn't rocket science' and doing plenty of sighing and eye rolling. We were staying because my daughter had an important appointment at Great Ormond Street Hospital the next day and we didn't want to leave the trains from home to chance... Needless to say, at her repeat appointment in March, we will not be staying here.

Stopped over here for the night whilst on the way to Stansted and it was ideal. Price was very good and rooms really comfortable and clean. You’re right next to Beaconsfield services so have the option for multiple places to eat and even a Wetherspoons pub next door. Parking is free also. Would stay again when travelling!
