My check in was good. Excellent conduct my the male receptionist. However the Indian reception lady in the morning appeared clueless. Appeared to need more training. The Indian male behind the bar was rather officious. I am guessing new to the country. Did not have the social politeness normally associated in the U.K. The room was fine. I like the new style. I have stayed at this time a number of times and enjoyed my stays, but this time the two new Indian staff members were not up to the excellent, friendly, professional standards I normally see in the Ibis. Shame. I hope they quickly improve.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times. It’s good but it’s overpriced and empty. Reduce your prices at the weekend and it will be full!
