La chambre est spacieuse mais il y avait une forte odeur d’humidité et/ou de remontée de canalisations. Les fenêtres ne sont pas insonorisantes. La nuit a été bruyante au dessus de la route Le personnel est très avenant. L’accueil au petit déjeuner a été exceptionnel

Mon expérience particulière de cette première partie de mon séjour avant un problème chirurgical soudain , m ' a définitivement convaincu que le service et l'attention au client est REELLE et bien au delà de ce que je pouvais attendre ( premiers soins , transfert au meilleur hôpital de Bali ), et feedback permanent.

Hôtel très calme , personnel au top , petit dej avec du choix. Mais le point positif c'est vraiment le calme , ce qui est rare dans certains grands hôtels. Vraiment bien !

Super noisy Ocean room because of the busy street downstairs (feels like sleeping next to car engines), you need earplugs to sleep. View of the ocean is nice though. Breakfast and hotel amenities are international style and standards.
