La chambre est spacieuse mais il y avait une forte odeur d’humidité et/ou de remontée de canalisations. Les fenêtres ne sont pas insonorisantes. La nuit a été bruyante au dessus de la route Le personnel est très avenant. L’accueil au petit déjeuner a été exceptionnel

Mon expérience particulière de cette première partie de mon séjour avant un problème chirurgical soudain , m ' a définitivement convaincu que le service et l'attention au client est REELLE et bien au delà de ce que je pouvais attendre ( premiers soins , transfert au meilleur hôpital de Bali ), et feedback permanent.
