Good time in Liverpool

Stayed for three nights with friends we all liked the hotel it is in a very good location and the rooms were comfortable and clean they have 3 lifts so you never wait long to get to your floor we were on 7th and the bar and restaurant was very nice thay have a swimming pool and fitness centre but we never used it as we didn't get the time as we like all the shops all in all we had a nice time and will stay here again the next time we are in Liverpool.

Very poor customer service by management and Team.

Disgraceful customer service. Rooms fully paid in advance and they will not facilitate the booking to 24 hours later and move the check in date to following day. I Have emailed the manager and declined to help in any way as they stated the room was pre paid. Simple request declined and a hotel with this reputation could treat a paying customer this way. It is a very reasonable request and willing to pay the same out of money for the 2 nights in return for only 1 night.

Terrible customer service, staff rude and won’t ammend a future booking by 1 single day even though it’s fully paid

Absolutely disgusted they would not ammend a future booking made for 29th of December for 2 nights prepaid in full. They will not accommodate in anyway for the following day for check in on the 1st January. Staff are rude on the phone and not willing to change the date even with availability. Terrible customer service with plenty of opportunity to rectify a simple request for a paying customer.

Location excellent and staff excellent however there was fundamental flaw with room temperature which was cold , there was sign in room saying extra heater and duvet available upon request so it must be prevailing issue . We were moved to different room which was slightly warmer but window wasnt sealed properly and there was cold draught and noise from street as if window was in open position even though it was closed . Excellent hotel otherwise but it was surprising for hotel of its price and stature to have such basic flaw .

From our entry to the hotel receptionist Dora was so welcoming and friendly. She gave us all the information to make our stay comfortable. The hotel has a pool and gym. The room are warm and comfortable and well serviced. Breakfast was included in our stay and was fresh and varied. The hotel has easy access to all the sites and shopping.
