Stayed four 3 nights, rooms are nice but a little small, rooms cleaned every day. Breakfast is really nice, great quality and plenty of choice for a continental breakfast. Coffee was lovely and available at any time of the day with takeaway cups as well. Well placed to visit all the centre of Liverpool has to offer. Reduced price parking just 1 minute walk around the corner at the NCP, £9 a day which is vastly cheaper than the standard rate. We will hopefully get to stay here again as there is nothing to fault, including the price to stay there.

Dissatisfying stay

We stayed for 3 nights, and for all the 3 nights, our sleep was disturbed. There were no "dont disturb" signs to be put at the door , thus our sleeps were disturbed by the housekeepers. And whats worse is that, they just come in directly without waiting for us to answer! It happened on all the 3 days (3 mornings around 10-12 am) we stayed. And on 1 day there were 2 housekeepers! So twice knocking. We were sleeping quite late thus need to sleep in in the morning. This is by far the worst Accor hotel experience i have had. The room and everything else were upto standard though.

Dear Will, Thank you again for your feedback. I would like to provide some additional clarification following a review of our internal records. We carefully checked all housekeeping logs for your room and can confirm that your room room was serviced and prepared as a premium room. The room was cleaned and checked with full attention by 2 of our trained supervisors. Based on these checks, there is no indication that the “Do Not Disturb” card was missing in fact it has been reported as present. If the card had been unavailable, we would have appreciated being informed on the first day so the issue could have been resolved immediately. Housekeeping service for stay-over rooms normally takes place after breakfast, typically between 10:00 and 12:00, which is standard practice. If a guest prefers not to be disturbed during this period, can use the DND card or would like the room serviced at a specific time, we kindly ask that reception or the housekeeping team be informed, and we are always happy to accommodate such requests where possible. Our room attendants are trained to return later if a guest is resting or unavailable, which explains why the team member may have come back to the room a second time to complete the service as we did not received any specific request from you. Good stay near Mathew street

Stayed here with friends it's a nice hotel we have stayed here 3 times now room only small but comfortable we get free tea and coffee and it's a short walk to caven and Matthew street and Liverpool city centre.

Good value pleasant stay

Stayed 3 nights. Hotel is very central but my room on 3rd floor was quiet. Nice little bar and breakfast area. Staff very attentive and at breakfast kept everything well stocked and clean. All very clean and nice hot shower

A cruise sort of room!

The location of the hotel is great, sufficiently close to everything where one is able to walk everywhere! Upon check in, the 'reception' were two kinda pulpits with someone standing there to check you in - minimalist style I hear. The room had a Beatles theme and resembled a room similar to being in a cruise ship, particularly the bathroom. The bathroom is elevated within the room and the space within is quite small. Perhaps if some of the space in the room can be given to the bathroom, it might make it more spacious. There is a lack of vanity space and hence most vanity amenities would need to be placed on the smallish table outside. Everything else in the room is appropriate and clean. If one had a suitcase, it might be slightly challenging to get it opened. The free 24/7 coffee /tea in the lobby is great. The staff are really nice and one was always greeted by them getting in and out of the hotel. There was a beautifully decorated lobby which was inviting for one to chill and hang out in. All in all, a good hotel to stay in.
