The room was so small and smelly, the behaviour of Manager was so rude, she didn't know how to deal with international tourist/travellers and guest in the hotel. We didn't get the services of breakfast in the hotel just to explore the local food, usually markets near the hotel open after 11.00 am. I have also worked in the hotel industry, and we taught that guest is always right within rules and regulation, but the staff of this hotel need to get some training according to international standards.

We stayed here for two nights in order to be near Twickenham for the Rugby Internationals. It is definitely a budget hotel but it does the job....the bed was comfortable and it was clean and warm. We didn't have breakfast and walked to the nearby shopping street for food. There were some great curries in the Indian market. It is a short bus ride to the rugby stadium.

It is a real budget that´s for sure

Well.. the room was super tiny, the street we were facing was very loud and the amenities were very discrete, but then again it didn´t cost much either. Had to share a bed with a friend although the description said the room would house 3, but it failed to mention that one is a big bed for 2 XD. The staff was quick enough to bring us at least a separate blanket before it was bedtime so all is good :) For breakfast you´d be better to find some yourself as there are places near by. The hotel was still clean enough, staff was freindly and helpful.

Very clean and nice staff I had a very pleasant conversation with Roxana from cleaning team , she helped me to make a romantic atmosphere in the room my fiancee liked it so much .

You don't expect much from an Ibis Budget. Most run to the same template and offer simplistic accommodation at a budget price. You get what you pay for. Despite that, the hotel has a tired feel in places. The issue with this property is, the rooms are poorly soundproofed for the location. When the night ban ends around 5:30 you won't be getting any sleep. The nearby ibis Budget at Cranford is perfectly soundproofed, albeit that property was once a Holiday Inn. The breakfast is standard Ibis Budget fare which is fine. The dining room is hopelessly tiny and inadequate though. When the hotel is busy this will be a problem. All staff were accommodating and friendly.
