Dear Aigul G, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for choosing to stay with us again. While we are pleased to hear that your room met your expectations, we are sorry that two issues detracted from your overall experience. Please accept our sincere apologies for not providing clearer information regarding our underground parking. The information provided online, approaching the hotel, in the car park lift lobby, reception desk and digital display in main lobby are still falling short of informing some of our guests that only bays marked with an “H” are designated for hotel guests. We regret the frustration and inconvenience this caused, particularly as you were not the only guest affected. Your comments have been taken onboard so we continue to review our on-site signage to provide even clearer guidance moving forward. We are also concerned to learn about your experience in the swimming pool. While incidents of this nature can unfortunately occur, I am surprised to read of the reported response you received from the duty manager. To my knowledge the pool was immediately closed as soon the incident was reported and only opened the next morning after the object was removed and the pool and surrounding area sanitized overnight. Please accept our apologies for the apparent lack of proactivity you experienced at the time. Please be assured that this matter was addressed including the dissatisfied guests as a result of us closing the pool until maintenance and housekeeping resolved the issue. We truly value your loyalty to Novotel and appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us identify areas where we con continue to improve. While we are pleased to know that you found our rooms comfortable and our night staff courteous and professional, we are truly sorry to learn about the repeated hot-water issue and the inconvenience caused by having to relocate rooms during your stay. Please accept our sincere apologies for the disruption this caused, as well as for the technical difficulties you experienced with the television. This does not reflect the level of comfort and reliability we aim to provide. We are concerned to hear that, your numerous interactions with the Front Office Manager fell short of the management interaction you expected during your stay.
