A two night stay at Sofitel Heathrow. I confess to having a soft spot for Sofitels - a brand that always seems to err on the side of generosity- and Sofitel Heathrow did not disappoint. Very comfortable room, staff managing to quietly and unobtrusively anticipate guests needs - just very very well organised. Breakfast - served by Aga and team was a revelation. Beautifully done, extraordinary fruit salad and well made coffee(s). On both mornings. This young lady is set for a meteoric career in hospitality. All in all a very good experience. Thank you.

The staff here are very sweet and kind. Especially, the experience I've got during my breakfast time was amazing! I've got 'Angela'; she's taking care of me so well. Worth visiting!!

Stayed a few times, this time we weren’t happy. Door banging all day and all night and I mean CONSTANTLY! I appreciate it’s a airport hotel people coming and going and have stayed in god knows how many over the years, this was a 2 night stay over and I don’t think we will be staying again. Lovely reception but didn’t find the receptionist particularly friendly. Had room service food wasn’t hot and definitely not worth what you pay, the young guy who delivered it to the room was very sweet and friendly as was the guy who brought the cases to our room, there was a dripping noise constantly which we reported on the first night as it kept us awake. The sink kept blocking the water taking ages to disappear. The receptionist seemed uninterested. The air conditioning wasn’t working. Yes it was December but the room was stifling. Was told maintenance we’re trying to fix it. Was just disappointed on this occasion as like I’d said we have stayed there twice before. The one thing I didn’t like especially was as you get out the shower you couldn’t stand directly on to a mat or towel as the glsss door pushed it away as you opened it, the floor was very slippery, so just be careful. Great location for terminal 5. The room was nice. We had a king room. Have unfortunately booked on our return from the USA, but won’t be booking for a long haul in February 2026.
