ヒースロー空港 第5ターミナルから徒歩5分。 屋外には出ずにエレベーターと渡り廊下を通りフロントまで行けました。 利用した日はまさかの気温30度超え、渡り廊下は空調がないので蒸し風呂の中を歩いているようでした。 それ以外は快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 また宿泊したいです。

バスルームが非常に使いづらい。湯船で体を洗おうとすると床が水浸しになる。また湯船が浅く小さいのでゆったり浸かれない。シャワーの温度がぬるいままで風邪ひきそうだった。エアコンの効きが悪い。タオルに靴跡のような汚れがついていて使うのが気持ち悪かった。前回の滞在が非常に快適でスタッフの対応も素晴らしかっただけに今回はかなりがっかりした。受付のDominikaさんという方がチェックインの時にムスッとしていて怖かった。チェックアウトの日の朝、母が薬を飲むのに水が必要だったのだが、水を持って来てくれとレセプションに電話で頼んでも「冷蔵庫にあるはずだろう」と言って持って来てくれなかった。（冷蔵庫の水はチェックインした夕べにの語が乾いていたので全部飲んでしまっていた。）
