バスルームが非常に使いづらい。湯船で体を洗おうとすると床が水浸しになる。また湯船が浅く小さいのでゆったり浸かれない。シャワーの温度がぬるいままで風邪ひきそうだった。エアコンの効きが悪い。タオルに靴跡のような汚れがついていて使うのが気持ち悪かった。前回の滞在が非常に快適でスタッフの対応も素晴らしかっただけに今回はかなりがっかりした。受付のDominikaさんという方がチェックインの時にムスッとしていて怖かった。チェックアウトの日の朝、母が薬を飲むのに水が必要だったのだが、水を持って来てくれとレセプションに電話で頼んでも「冷蔵庫にあるはずだろう」と言って持って来てくれなかった。（冷蔵庫の水はチェックインした夕べにの語が乾いていたので全部飲んでしまっていた。）

However, I am very sorry to learn that your recent stay did not meet expectations, particularly in comparison to your previous positive experience. Your comments regarding the bathroom design, water temperature, air conditioning, and the condition of the towels are concerning and do not reflect the standards we aim to maintain. I also sincerely apologise for the service you experienced both at check-in and when requesting assistance for your mother. This is not the level of care and attentiveness we expect from our team. ホテルの滞在は短期間でしたが，快適に過ごすことが出来ました．早朝のフライトのため朝食はスキップしましたので，宿泊のみのプランがあると嬉しいです．
