This restaurant offers a wonderful breakfast experience with a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The space is quiet and not crowded, making it perfect for a relaxing meal. The food is delicious and well-prepared, with great flavors. What truly stands out is the service, the staff(Tajin) are incredibly attentive, friendly, and take excellent care of me. Overall, it’s a great place to enjoy good food in a comfortable setting.

Such a great hotel! Sujee was so wonderful and friendly when we had lunch at the tea 5. My husband and I have food allergies and he took great care of us. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and safe!

We booked the Sofitel at Heathrow; however our flight was cancelled and we had to rebook from Gatwick. Despite the booking being non-refundable the Sofitel at Heathrow refunded our payment as well appreciated goodwill gesture. We have now been able to re-book the Sofitel at Gatwick's North Terminal ready for our early morning departure :).
