ibis budget Toulouse Airport

We were treated really well by the staff at reception, Courteous, Professional and very friendly. They interacted really well and made us feel welcome. the room was extremely clean so we felt very confident during our stay. Breakfast was very well laid out and everything was right at hand. The staff seemed ahead of the curve and had a relaxed efficient way about them. very very good. Just one negative the Bunk bed above the double bed is a bit of a hazard in the dark and my Wife bumped her head on it getting into bed and developed quite a lump the following day...perhaps a cushioned front cover would help instead of the wooden board. or perhaps a foldaway bunk like on Brittany Ferries style that if needed can be folded down if they can do it on a ship why can it not be done in an hotel. we hope this feedback is helpful and it goes towards making another improvement to your business model.

No Aircon and first room had flies and Ants in the room

Good location...easy to walk to and from airport....no need for a taxi or Uber...takes about 15 minutes. No frills, clean, good breakfast which was included in our rate. We stayed here at the beginning and end of our trip. We would definitely stay at an Ibis hotel again without question!

We stopped for one night before flying home. The room was clean and although we were slightly shocked at the shower being in the room and the toilet in what could only be described as a cupboard, everything worked fine and satisfyingly. The only thing that I would change is the temperature control. It was uncomfortably hot and with no air con, it wasn't a restful night's sleep. Other than that, it was fairly priced for what it was.
