房間位於地下，只有向天井的窗，不理想！

Dear Veng Tim M., Thank you for your feedback. We're glad you found our location convenient. However, we apologies for any confusion regarding the room's location. To clarify, the room is actually located on the ground floor, not in the basement. We understand that having only a window to the patio may not be ideal, and we appreciate your input.
