From the moment of checkin we were looked after and treated so well. We were on a family 3 night holiday for my son’s 13th birthday. The room was clean and plenty big enough. The hotel is in a great spot. All staff are super friendly. Vicki who checked us in, called by our room with a birthday card she’d made for my son, biscuits and balloons. He felt so special. We were also offered a late checkout and they held our bags until we were flying out. I can’t fault anything. For a budget hotel, it was first class service!

Staff member was good for our late check in, appreciate that. Rooms and building so old, very odd layout of our room. Looked a disable public toilet block. Breakfast was a non event, it but did eat, was very basic. Fair enough I didn't pay alot for it though.

I travelled to Melbourne from Sydney to visit the city during the weekend and found my room to be comfortable and warm. The bed was beautiful to sleep in and the amenities were easy to use and everything was clean and tidy. I enjoyed the stay in Melbourne and would use your services again.

Staff were approachable, friendly and professional! Despite the signage, the guests on the floor we were on, were very noisy. Other than that, we had a great stay.
