Very impressed with the service of the hotel staff when I had to cancel my first booking due to COVID19 travel restrictions. As soon I emailed them about a new potential date for visiting their hotel the booking was done directly without any problems. A massive thank you to the hotel manager in Kortrijk.

Lovely hotel in a good position

We always stay in this hotel when we are in the area. We have stayed a good number of times. This time we were disappointed that we were not recognised as Accor members and no welcome drink was offered. Just did not feel welcomed this time.

I really liked this hotel and most of all the very Belgian breakfast (chocolates!) and the freshly-squeezed-oranges-machine! Clean, modern, good location and nice staff. We had a family room, which was well planned.

Stayed here before and decided to book here again with our Daughter, her Partner and our grandson., They had an lovely large family room and were very happy with the cleanliness.. Recommend this Hotel for couples and families . .Very close to parking..

Good location in city centre, easy to park the car just in front, a good bar. Unfortunately the hotel does not have an internal restaurant. A good staff very kind to hotel guests. I will return in the future.

Great place to stay in Kortrijk

Very conveniently placed within easy reach of the station the Ibis is great for a short break to Kortrijk. The room was clean and very quiet. Apart from a lack of tea / coffee making facilities had everything we needed. Only downside was the marble floor in the bathroom was very cold! Staff were very friendly and helpful, all in all a great stay..

This hotel is well situated in the centre of Kortrijk (5 minute wak to either trainstation and center of town). The room is ok and breakfast is great. Professional staff (as usual in the accor hotels) makes it a pleasant stay.

Thiis is a great hotel in a fabulous location, 5 mins walking from the train station and 2 mins from the Grande Platz. Staff were lovely, efficient and pleasant. Service was quick, breakfast was varied.

Due to an exhibition at the Expo we couldn't stay at the Ibis Styles as we usually do, and so we tried the Ibis Centrum. We had a wait for our room as it wasn't ready, and then it was too small and lacking in view and light. My partner explained to Reception and asked for a larger, lighter room. We had to wait a while but one was found and made available to us. The housekeeping lady was delayed by this request. The new room was very comfortable, with a view over Doornikstraat and was not noisy. Parking is around the corner and underground, €20 approximately for a couple of days and payable on exit by credit card or cash. We shall use this Ibis again.

Does what you expect - would stay there again

This is a basic chain hotel but it does what you need. We had a room for the disabled which had some drawbacks. Bed low and rather firm, only one huge duvet when we wanted two. Auto door opening function worked but was very noisy and then difficult to shut. No facility for drinks in the room - a disappointment. Breakfast was ample, with good choice of food and drink. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Chose Kortrijk as good base for visiting Ypres and Brugges. Excellent location - not far from the rail station and close to the centre of a most interesting city. Lots of nice, reasonably priced restaurants - and the shopping centre - a short walk away.

We spent 2 nights at the hotel and were very satisfied. The location is close to both town center and the rail station - both in walking distance. The hotel is a typical Ibis, clean and modern and the service was good.

I would highly recommend this hotel if you are dog showing at either Kortrijk or Mouscron. The town centre is lovely and is great for walking the dogs around. The restaurants are all great. The hotel is generally a lovely place to stay.

Poor Performance at a high Exhibition Rate

The overall performance of the Ibis Kortrijk Centrum is not worth the rate charged during an exhibition. The shower in room 220 was not clean, breakfast offered just standard items. WIFI did not work at all in any part of the hotel. Heating didn't work either.

Stayed for one evening as it was close to the train station (Travelled to Ypres after check in and on to London the next day) and it had stayed there before. The rooms were clean and a helpful staff. Would stay there again if passing through.

Used Kortrijk as a base rather than Ypres & this worked out as a great decision. Hotel it self was clean, bedrooms really good & the buffet breakfast was brilliant. Bacon, sausage & scrambled eggs toast jam etc . Great choice & eat much as you like. Staff really helpful & plenty of pubs within walking distance. Belgian beer proper prices not rip off ones. We will use this hotel as a base again (Group of Lads )

Difficult to park. Difficult to get around.

They where tearing a building down next door when I arrived. Parker for 20 min in a 30 min parking zone and got a ticket. There is parking about 300 m away but that is tricky with the luggage. It's less of a hassle to book an ibis in Lille and drive to Kortrijk.

Always a good hotel to stay in with dogs, prior to the dog shows in Kortrijk or Mouscron. It is great that you can eat your food with your dogs besides you. No hassles, and no problems. Rooms and comfortable and spacious.

I stayed here in October last year so I knew about the location, which is excellent. Very close to a Square with lots of bars and restaurants. It is also only a few minutes walk to the Railway Station. The room was good with a nice bathroom with bath / shower. The staff remembered me from last year.

I use this hotel once a year, every year. Its convenient, relatively cheap and suits my needs. For the last two years I have found the check-in experience and evening bar service superb. The check-out in the morning is another matter. Brusque, non-personal staff made me feel particularly unwelcome and I was not impressed to be charged city taxes, when I thought I had paid same in advance, or when an attempt was made to charge me for a breakfast I had never had. Future customers might want to check their invoices. That said the room was clean and I will use the hotel again, so it can't be that bad..!

Good (paid) parking facilities very nearby in the car park under the theater. Plenty of opportunities nearby to avoid the relatively expensive breakfast at the hotel (14 euros). Other than that the stay was what you expect from IBIS, no frils.
