Pleasant welcome hospitality by Jeff, the receptionist and Jacob, the front office manager. Accommodative to our request as well for early check in. Pleasant stay, wifi speed connection can be improved

Check-in at ibis Ambassador Myeongdong was smooth and pleasant. I would especially like to compliment Loona at the front desk for her excellent service. She was friendly, patient, and explained everything clearly. She also informed us that we could request early check-in by scanning a QR code, which was very helpful and convenient, especially after a long journey. Small gestures like this really make a difference. Thank you, Loona, for making our arrival such a positive experience.

Best strategic location in the centre of Myeongdong. Next to airport bus 6015 station, opposite Lotte mall. Stay for 5 nights. Staff Jane was extremely helpful. Room is big and value for money. Will definitely choose here again.
