The Ambassador Seoul - A Pullman Hotel

The hotel provides horrible service even though it is a 5-star hotel. I booked this hotel through my Chase Sapphire Reserve, getting the information that the reservation could be canceled in 24 hours. However, when I asked to cancel the reservation within the cancellation window because there was a mistake in the date of stay, they denied my request for cancellation. I am still in the process of canceling this stay and going to just stay at Shilla Seoul. The service is unimaginable for a 5-star hotel and the price that they suggest.

I had an issue with the noise from the maintenance work but Jaydon Park, Front office manager, swiftly and professionally handled the matter. We had a discussion about how and why this happened and that it won’t happen again. Very professional and tactfully done - well done Jaydon. The hotel is well maintained and furnishings of a high quality. Location is good and overall, we had a good time so far.

The Ambassador is very elegant. I usually choose small, 5 star hotels, but this hotel - though large - was intimate and wonderful. Our room was beautiful. The bed was heaven after a long flight from the United States. We felt very pampered. The room was large - the bathroom, one of the most beautiful, elegant, large hotel bathrooms I’ve ever been in. The lighting in the room was easy to use the view was fantastic. The spa is wonderful. I used it every day. The breakfasts were fantastic - so much to choose from in the Buffet and the food was first class, not like American hotel buffet - it was healthy, delicious, and there was so much to choose from. And it is so convenient to everything. Love this hotel. It has spoiled me.

Checking in with Daisy was definitely one of the most pleasant experiences at Pullman Ambassador. Within 2 days, my girlfriend and I had a great time at Pullman. The swimming pool was fun, the sauna was relaxing, and the room that Daisy offered was cozy and had a great view of Namsan. We abruptly decided to had lunch at the Buffet restaurant located on the first floor after the check-out. We couldn't make reservation, and unfortunately, even though there were couple of tables empty on the window side, the manager said the entire area is only for booked customers. Other than that, Pullman Ambassador is fine to visit for couples who are planning for their special date 😀 Daisy 님 감사했어요!! 호캉스로 추천!!

Very good hotel, more than we expected, large rooms with high-quality amenities, very good linebed, and amazing breakfast. We get help immediately we need, chekin very fast For sure, we will choose the same hotel for Seoul. Congratulations to staff. It deserves 5 stars.
