Dear Guest, Thank you for staying with us recently and for taking the time to share your valuable feedback. First of all, we are pleased to hear that you were satisfied with our hotel's location. However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the food odors in your room during the night. We will share your comments with the relevant department so that the cause can be investigated and improvements can be made. Regarding the bathroom amenities, we would like to kindly inform you that, in accordance with environmental protection regulations, certain disposable amenities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors can no longer be provided free of charge in guest rooms. As a result, some of these items are available for purchase at the Front Desk. Your feedback is valuable to us and will be used to improve both our communication and service standards.
