My stay in Ibis Dynamo did not happen because when I arrived I was informed of a new guest policy, which I s unheard of in the hotel world. That if a guest comes to visit - they must have a passport and register with reception. I had to refuse to stay with such policy in place and get a refund.

Let me comment that according to the Government Decree of the Russian Federation of 18.11.2020 N 1853 (ed. of 01.04.2021) "On approval of the rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation" we request passports from every guest of our hotel. The safety of the guests’ security is one of our top priorities. Therefore, we are very concerned that there are no emergencies caused by strangers. It is a great disappointment for us that the described security measures have brought you such inconveniences. We bring you our sincere apologies. Dear Ahmet, Thank you for your mail. Nowadays there is a construction works around the hotel and a staff gave me the room with the construction view and I couldn’t sleep for the whole night. At 3-00 AM after a call to reception they confirmed to me that there were a rooms without the construction view available. In the morning the reception manager told me that the room hadn’t be available. I’m staying in your hotel many times every month. This situation happened very often. Huge construction side all around hotel, which you are not aware of until arrival

Reception staff surprised me three times. 1. when I was paying for one more room for my kid (got e-mail before) I heard that another room for one lived guest are prohibited without any explanation from me. 2. when I explained another manager that I got e-mail from ibis to get one more room, manager didn't ask any documents from me to prove weather my son mine or not. 3. When my son had already was in the room his was requested to down to reception to pay 1000rub more course he join the hotel before 0900 AM.

Everything was good but I expected Wi-Fi would be for free during the whole stay. It was a bit disappointing when the connection page said I have only one day for free and then I will have to choose a pricing plan. Not cool :(
