Very comfortable bed and pillows, all clean and in good condition. The only complain could be the noise from the extractor in the toilet, that made me shut the toilet’s door overnight.

The cleaning was not as proper as I expected... There is a very disturbing, metallic music in the cafeteria and lobby.

My two latest stays were not the best. A week ago I had a problem - I forgot the comp at home, and when I connected the reception and asked to help, they said that I need to go to reception myself to get one. My hair war wet, and of course I couldn't do it. I asked several times, and they said they couldn't help - is that so difficult to do? + When I checked in there was no water at my room. + There was very loud noise in the room caused by electrical panel. This week at check-in I asked for more quiet room and told about the case with electrical panel the previous week. A man at the reception said ok, no problem, and gave me a room, where the window wasn't hermetic, and there were sounds from the nearby road and construction... I didn't ask for another room, because it was late, and I was sleepy, and needed to wake up early next morning.

....guys, remove the water pressure limiters,...hard to take a shower when there is either freezing cold waterfall or dripping warm... breakfast is everyday a surprise from so so to brrrr, those chicken nuggets were so hangover bad that i have to mention them - total waste of money...maybe offer less selection, but higher quality ?

Hi Team, I am extremely unhappy the way IBIS Dynamo handled my request of 2 night prior check-out due to personal emergency. Due to personal reasons i had to check out early and i had made complete payment on day 1 for the who stay. I order to request for refund i first enquired with your help desk who were polite enough to guide me to the process and requested me to proceed on the reception. The female staff and Manager "Denis" were arrogant in handling the request and did not even bother to listen to me. All they requested was a letter from my company for cancellation, despite showing an email from our global travel agent about approaching the front desk for cancellation, Denis and the lady were adamant to even listen to me. I had made all the payment from my personal card and it had nothing to with Company email. Denis took over my phone and forwarded the email to himself and asked to visit again the next day. I have been travelling across the world and its really disappointing to have such an experience from Accor group. Hope this can be rectified. best regards, Rajeev

Everything was great, but the air conditioning was turned off for the season and it was stuffy in the room.

1. Rooms lack in ventilation, always feel stuffy Pillows are too hard and too big and sheets lack in freshness too 2. Breakfast - for sure does not accommodate people with allergies or intolerances. The alternatives merely doesn’t exist, like non dairy milk or yogurt, gluten free or any other... 3. My personal date was accessed somehow and I was checked in on line without me doing so. I told hotel upon arrival and they did admit that their IT personal made a mistake, and I was give an apology. But somehow, their reason and explanation didn’t put me at ease, I am still worried about security and privacy of my details stored..

All our rooms are equipped with fan-coil units, which are set on either cold or warm mode depending on the season. As it's been cold these days in Moscow, the fan coil units have been set on warm mode to keep the temperature in the rooms comfortable. The room can thus be ventilated from time to time by opening the window. As for the pillows, let me please bring to your attention that we also have orthopedic ones, and will be pleased to bring them to your room next time, once you ask at the reception. We are very sorry that you found our sheets not fresh enough. Concerning our breakfast, let me inform you that we indeed usually do not serve the products for people with allergies and intolerances.
