I've always stayed at Sofitel Hotels, but this is my first time staying at Sofitel Heathrow. It didn't disappoint. I would like to comment on the outstanding service given by the staff, in particular Maria from reception - who greeted me warmly during check-in, recognized my Accor member status, and offered me an upgrade + lounge access. Pallavi, who assisted me with my extension of stay and can-do attitude by fulfilling some of my requests. Last but not least, I was particularly impressed with the exceptional service by Tajin from the Club Lounge during breakfast. Her warm smile, friendly attitude, and attentiveness really made my day! She constantly checked back with the guests and asked if we would like a refill for our drinks. I've stayed in many luxury hotels and I can say they are gems to the establishment! Good location (connected to T5 & Underground), Deluxe Room is huge with comfortable bed, free minibar and Nespresso machine. As other reviewers mentioned, perhaps the only downside would be no charging points next to the bed.

Check in was quick and efficient and the hotel was nice and clean. The room was comfortable, but there is no charging points next to the bed to charge your phone, a small but useful thing to have. Noise did travel from a neighbouring room, which would’ve been a problem had the occupants been inconsiderate in the early hours, or left for an early flight. A particular shock was the price of the bar. I expect the prices to be high at an airport hotel, but the cost of a large glass of wine was £18.20! Absolutely shocking, and unjustified in my opinion, and ripping off a captive audience.

Our stays at the T5 Sofitel have become a bit of an institution for our trips through London to and from our far flung families. The Hotel maintains the high standard and from the top down, all of the staff are helpful beyond the call of duty. We find that the comfort and ambiance of the Sofitel is a real relaxation factor both pte and post long haul and the location makes for a seamless transit to T5. Will be back for the next trip!

It’s becoming increasingly evident that some of the public areas need refreshing. However, that aside Sujeewa looked after us tremendously well. Nothing was too much trouble. Club Millesime makes the visit something special. We will certainly be back!

Relaxing,special and lovely. Always dtpsy here. Best hotel for Heathrow 5 terminal. So easy to drop bags off and collect

Sujeewa Ronaldo so welcoming. Helpful and friendly. And such lovely service. Food really good. Made to feel so at home and relaxed in the club lounge. Loved our presidential suite. Sofitel lovely hotel. Live staying here the night before our flight
