It was a quick check in, rooms always nice and clean, the 4 chocolates were a nice touch, but the personalised card welcoming us was a really nice thought. All staff were friendly and went out of their if necessary. Well done to all who made our stay enjoyable. Food as usual very good.

Tiny room, overpriced and not particularly comfortable. The staff seem tired and not really willing to help. But here is the kicker. I dropped my family off and briefly parked my rental car in the carpark for about ten minutes while we checked in. The hotel charges a car parking fee (something that is not displayed in the carpark). I was asked if I had a car and told the woman at the desk that I had parked it briefly and was about to take the car back to the rental company. 'No problem, Sir.' she said. I now find that I'm facing an illegal parking charge of 100 pounds (plus a 68 pound unreturnable fee for admin from the car rental company) for not paying the appropriate parking fee. So the hotel is basically trying to rip me off even more for dropping my family off at the hotel. The whole raison d'etre of this place is to rip you off as effectively as they can. I don't really expect them to help with the complete injustice of the parking ticket...but in the words of Igor, the food critic in Ratatouille, 'surprise me!'

Regarding the car park we do have displayed all over our property signaling informing you the times, a briefly parking is free for 15 minutes as the signaling say. Due to the layout of the hotel, our bedroom size does vary.. Maybe for a next visit you could try to leave us a note about your room preferences, we have Superiors Rooms and Family room two different types, these are larger rooms with a desk and maybe more suited for your needs . We are always happy to receive any request or preferences from our guests and we will always try as much as we can to meet all of them . We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. hotel is good, clean, quiet and has a good restaurant open late so no complaint about the hotel itself. as it is too far to go t by foot, it advertises transport to and from airport by a third party company called hoppa buses and we arrived at terminal 5 at 8.30pm in January and we waited outside at 2 degrees temperatures for over 1 hours and when a bus finally arrived we were told extremely rudely that the schedule has changed and no bus stops at the ibis any more so we had to take a taxi which cost us 37 pounds to get to the hotel. staff there was not interested in any way with our bus access problems. the following morning we were able to catch that bus to the airport from the front public road to the airport. transport was very busy and dirty . our conclusion is that this hotel will need to put some pressure on the bus company to follow its advertised schedule of late buses to the ibis or the ibis will need to put on its own navette as this service was simply appalling and should never be advertised as a hotel service

Since the beginning of my stay I was very well received by the attendant Amin at 03 am he gave me all the necessary support. I also had the opportunity to taste one of the dishes in the restaurant, it was very tasty with a good meal everything is better. At the end an attendant Joe also checked my bus schedule and was very cordial ( Joe and Amir ) really made this experience brilliant thank you.
