Good price convenient but noisy . Busy with one elevator (lift) not working

Staff were good we were on a floor on both visits with a number of young people who were noisy after 11pm. Had to speak to them in order to get them to quiet down. I will not in all likelihood stay there again. I am sure if we had been on a floor with a double it would have been quieter. Also there was only one elevator working so it was a challenging stay

The room was nice but due to uneducated front desk staff regarding assistance dogs, it took half an hour to get checked in and required the manager. This wouldn't have been so bad if we hadn't stayed at this exact same location with our trained assistance dogs a week prior without issue. Due to the delays with checking in, our rental car was in the parking lot longer than anticipated and incurred a fine. The parking lot company that is contracted to manage the hotel's parking lot is an absolute nightmare and has never settled my appeal or responded to any attempts to contact them. Due to this fact alone, I will not be recommending or staying at another Ibis property.

Had one of the WORST experiences at their in house restaurant. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for two frozen burgers. We tried to ask about our food multiple times over this period and were completely blown off by the staff. It took over an hour for the staff to say that it wasn’t put in the system, which I don’t understand since we brought up the issue on many occasions. When I brought up this complaint with the staff again, I was told “Do you want a refund or food?” in the most unapologetic way possible. As someone in food service, I think the total lack of empathy and understanding is utterly mind numbing. Not a single member of staff even acknowledged their fault and acted as if we were the ones who failed to put in the order. If I could give it a lower review I would.

The bathroom so dirty and slippery. Please clean it! Other than that it's okay. I kept slipping and hurt my leg trying to get into the shower. First time in London so I'm not surprised I have no idea how to use anything at all. But I would say to add something for people to know how to turn the shower on.

Basic but very clean room and very comfortable beds and pillows . Staying for business purposes and despite aircraft going over at less than 1000ft , absolutely zero noise ! Slept like a log ! No iron or hairdryer in room but am sure probably available at reception . Plenty of tea/ coffee in the room . Check in staff incredibly friendly and helpful especially Japinder . I left a bag at reception having checked in very late in the evening . Japinder retrieved the bag and took it to my room . Fantastic customer service ! Thank you . For a basic budget hotel on the periphery of LHR this hotel fulfilled all my requirements.
