Lara at the front desk along with the manager, amazing customer service allowing us to check in our room at 9am after a very long g 24 flights, the room was lovely with the comfiest bed ever, bathroom beautiful too, we love staying at the Sofitel north terminal gatwick.

It was a lovely stay . We was in the ambassador suite. We have been going for a few years now.and this time we went back it had changed with the parking was a little confusing . But lovely place to start your holiday. We used the lounge upstairs with pickies and drinks . Lovely touch the lady remembered us from last christmas. Very friendly.

A little confusion at checkin but got a lovely upgrade to the Luxury room which was comfortable and very clean. Loved the bathroom. The separate shower is good. We ate at the French restaurant and the food was excellent. Really delicious. Not cheap but value for the quality we had. All the staff we encountered, Gilroy, AMU and the rest are a credit to the hotel. We look forward to our next stay with you.

We stayed at this hotel with our three children. First the receptionist was a bit funny with us because we had not booked directly with the hotel. Secondly, the room was like an ice box. Called twice to fix the issue but nobody came. My son has allergies and asthma and he was coughing all night. Weren't very friendly when we called either

Dear Sofitel Management Team, I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Patrice for delivering excellent customer service at the front desk and for promptly correcting an error caused by a previous colleague. Patrice’s professionalism and dedication truly made a positive difference during my stay. I would also like to recognise Sophia, who provided outstanding service during my check-in. Unfortunately, she was taken off the front desk mid-way through assisting me, which led to the error. As feedback, I believe it’s essential to allow a staff member to handle a guest’s query from start to finish. This continuity creates a better impression of customer service and avoids unnecessary confusion. Sofitel is a premium hotel, and I must admit that I expected a slightly higher standard of service overall. Nevertheless, Patrice and Sophia’s efforts were exemplary and greatly appreciated.
